If you find any scratches on the acrylic body after removing the protective film, please contact us via Discord. We will provide replacement support. Regarding double-suede tapestries, please note that due to the wrapped-rod design, slight misalignment of the insertion points may occasionally occur during the manual assembly process at the factory. This may result in minor bending, which can usually be adjusted. From my experience, issues like stitching misalignment have not occurred. However, if this is a concern, we recommend choosing tapestries with a clamp-rod design instead of the wrapped-rod design and refraining from purchasing double-suede tapestries.
